Data Deletion Instructions

You can do this yourself, at any time, and it takes effect immediately.

• Sign in to HumXreach and open Settings → Social accounts.
• Choose Disconnect beside the account you want removed.

Disconnecting deletes the access credentials HumXreach holds for that account. We stop being able to read your pages or publish on your behalf from that moment.

You can also remove HumXreach from the platform's own settings — on Facebook, under Settings → Business Integrations. When you do, Facebook notifies us and we delete the stored credentials for that connection.

Email us and we will delete it. There is no self-service button for this today, and we would rather say so than send you looking for one.

Write from the address you signed up with, and say that you want your account deleted. We will confirm when it is done, within the period our Privacy Policy commits to.

What is removed:

• Your sign-in and profile.
• Your workspaces, business and brand settings.
• Every piece of content you generated, and its scheduling history.
• Uploaded and generated images.
• Connected social accounts and their stored credentials.
• Usage records and activity history.

Posts that were already published to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn stay where they are. They live on those platforms, under your account, and only you can remove them — deleting your HumXreach account does not reach them. Delete them on the platform itself if you want them gone.

We may keep records we are required to keep, such as billing records, for as long as the law requires. Those are described in the Privacy Policy.
