Every part of HumXreach requires you to be signed in. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, and where a password exists at all it is stored only as a one-way hash — we cannot read it back. Sessions expire after a period of inactivity, so an unattended browser does not stay open indefinitely.

Your business details, drafts, schedule and connected accounts belong to your workspace, and only its members can reach them. That boundary is enforced twice: once by the application, and again by the database itself, so a mistake in our code does not become somebody else seeing your work.

Inviting somebody does not add them. They join when they accept the invitation while signed in as the address you invited.

Logos you upload and images HumXreach creates are stored at long, unguessable web addresses. Those addresses are not listed or linked anywhere — but they are not behind your sign-in either, because Instagram and LinkedIn have to fetch a picture from a public address in order to publish it.

We would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. Everything that is not a picture stays inside your workspace.

To write content that sounds like your business, HumXreach sends what you have told it — your business description, brand settings and the topic you asked for — to our AI provider. That is how the words and pictures get made, and there is no version of the product where it does not happen.

What we do not do is sell your information, use your content to advertise to you, or publish anything without you approving it first.

HumXreach writes drafts. It can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your market, and it does not know what you are legally required to say or not say in your industry. Read what it produces before you publish it — particularly claims about results, prices, availability and anything regulated.

When you connect a social account, we store the access it grants us and encrypt it before saving it. You can disconnect at any time, and doing so stops HumXreach publishing on your behalf. Payments, when paid plans go live, are processed by Stripe — card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach us.

Humxedge Technologies Inc. holds no security certifications, and we are not going to imply otherwise. No service can promise perfect security. What we can say is what this page says: the controls above are the ones actually in place, and we will keep this page honest as they change.
