HumXreach is provided by Humxedge Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”). When you create an account or use HumXreach, you are entering into this agreement with Humxedge Technologies Inc.

Humxedge Technologies Inc. is a Canadian federal corporation (corporation number 1717399-7). Its registered office is at 400 Orton Park Rd, Unit 17, Toronto, ON M1G 3T7, Canada.

You buy a paid subscription from Humxedge Technologies Inc., and card payments are processed by Stripe. See Payment and subscription terms below.

By creating an account or continuing to use HumXreach, you agree to these terms. If you are using HumXreach on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HumXreach learns about your business from information you provide — your website, your description of what you do, your brand details — and uses that to generate marketing content: post text, branded images and carousels. You review what it produces, and can edit it, download it, or publish it to social accounts you have connected.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that includes 15 AI generation credits in total, with no credit card required and no automatic charge. When the trial ends, your content stays available, and creating or publishing new content requires a paid subscription. Accounts created before the free trial existed keep their Free plan.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity that happens under your account.
• The accuracy of the business information you give us — the content we generate is only as good as what it is told.
• Anyone you invite into your workspace, and what they do in it.
• Telling us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Content produced by HumXreach is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for the audience or market you have in mind, and it may resemble content generated for someone else.

You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it or use it commercially.

That review is yours to make, not ours: check claims about your products, pricing and availability; check anything regulated in your industry; and check that the content is appropriate for the platform you are posting to. We do not review or approve customer content, and we do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

Your content stays yours. The business information you provide, and the marketing content HumXreach generates for you, belong to you. You are free to use, edit, publish and sell using that content.

You grant us permission to store and process that material for the purpose of running the service for you — generating content, showing it back to you, and publishing it where you ask us to. Some of that processing happens through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

The service stays ours. Humxedge Technologies Inc. retains ownership of HumXreach itself — the software, its design, its documentation and its branding. Nothing here transfers those to you.

You must not use HumXreach to:

• Break the law, or produce content that is unlawful where it will be published.
• Create fraudulent, deceptive or misleading marketing, including fake reviews, fake endorsements or invented claims about a product.
• Send spam, or generate content for bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property, or upload brand assets you do not have the right to use.
• Produce content that harasses, defames or discriminates against people.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service — probing, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or introducing malicious code.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself to third parties as your own product.

You buy a paid HumXreach subscription from Humxedge Technologies Inc., and your payment is processed by Stripe, on a checkout page Stripe hosts. Humxedge Technologies Inc. does not collect, process or store your card details; Stripe does, under its own terms and privacy policy. You can change your payment method, see your invoices and cancel from Manage billing in your HumXreach settings.

• The Starter plan is CA$29 per month, billed monthly. There is no annual plan and no paid trial.
• Prices are stated before tax. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing details and added to the listed price, so the amount you pay may be higher than the listed price.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• We may change the price of a plan. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
• The free trial is free. It never turns into a paid subscription on its own: you subscribe only by completing checkout yourself.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid plan stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your content stays in your account, and creating or publishing new content needs a subscription again (an account on the earlier Free plan returns to it).

Cancelling does not delete the content you have created. It stays in your account.

Refunds are separate from cancellation and are covered by our Refund Policy.

We work to keep HumXreach available and running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, by faults, and by the third-party providers the service depends on.

We may add, change or remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice.

We may suspend or end access to an account where:

• These terms are materially breached, including the acceptable use rules above.
• A subscription payment is not made and is not resolved.
• There is a credible security or fraud risk to the service or to other customers.
• There are repeated or serious policy violations.

Where circumstances reasonably allow, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. You can stop using HumXreach and close your account at any time.

HumXreach is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humxedge Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity — including loss arising from content generated by the service or from publishing it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to HumXreach is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have under mandatory law.

We may update these terms as the product and its legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will give you reasonable notice.
